Started left side flaperons. Work was done on both Saturday & Sunday. I changed corrosion protection to CorrosionX Avitation. It is a lot faster, and from what I've researched, does as well as any other system. I continued to have alignment problems when folding over the nose skins. The photo labeled "left side flaperons" shows 11 A-5 rivet holes clecoed with black clecos. Those are the holes that I had to enlarge to eliminate any twist. I called Roger at Zenith, he suggested I not rivet the end ribs on the top side until I have everything clecoed. That solved the problem on the outboard left hand section, so anyone building a 750 take note of that. The outboard section matched up perfectly after taking his advice. Flaperons are now complete except for installing the attachment brackets and plastic tips. Next project is the wings!
