This work actually occured over a 3 day period but I combined it into one entry. Started on the inboard passenger side flaperon. I made a few mistakes which cost me a lot of time. First mistake was I got the spars mixed up and riveted the wrong ribs to the wrong spars, which became evident when I began to match them up with the skins. Had to drill out some rivets and start over. Ran through the normal drill out, deburr, prime and reassemble process. The skins are a two-man job when it comes time to fold the nose skin over. Second mistake occurred after I had riveted the bottom skin and had the top skin clecoed. I found I had a twist in the flaperon of about 10 mm. Had to uncleco and re-pull the skin over while confirming the unit was remaining true & level with some help. Ended up re-drilling about 5 holes in the left side spar line out to A-5 to get things correct. This took a lot of time, but turned out fine. After verifying I was good on the flaperon being true & level, I completed the riveting of the top skin and riveted the control tube attachment horn to the inboard rib.
