Brief Description: Completed installation of front struts
Set the dihedral of the wings, wing incidence angle, and squared up wings to fuse. Drilled out rear wing spar and attachment, temp. installed 3/8" bolts.
Completed fitting and drilling out of upper-front wing strut fittings. Drilled out to 1/4" on drill press. Bolted upper fittings to struts, attached struts to wings. Removed supporting ladders and now the wings are fully supported by the front struts. Re-checked all dihedral, incidence, and square measurements. Everything worked out fine, all within specs. Really looks like a plane now.
