Alex helped me put the hooks through my rudder parts so that I could hand them in my make shift paint booth. She got tired of that after about 15 parts. Longer than I thought she'd last. Had better luck this time with the primer. I remembered to reduce (thin) it a bit more than I had last time and it seemed to coat better. Still need to get used to the adjustments on my gun so that I can easily change it during painting. I ran out of primer with only one small stiffener left to go, so I ended up spraying that last stiffener with some self etching primer out of a rattle can. Surprizingly, you cannot tell the difference in the color between the PPG DP primer and the rattle can type even though are from totally different manufacturers.
