Brief Description: Finished deburring and dimpling
Nothing spectacular here. Just a lot of dimpling and deburring. Might as well get used to it. Oh, I almost forgot. I also tapered the edges of the rudder horn/counterweight skin where the main rudder skin overlaps. Eases the transition of the main skin off the edge of rudder horn skin so there isn't a big gap when you rivet it together. Also drilled the counter weight and lower counter weight rib, and dimpled the counterweight rib for a #10 fastener. I didn't have a dimpling tool for a #10 fastener so I made a male die out of a 3/8 bolt and used the counterweight as the female die. Worked wonderfully.
