Deburred & dimpled the RH horizontal stabilizer parts. Decided to keep as much of the protective plastic on the skins so I only took the plastic off immediately around the holes. Used a piece of 1/2" diameter tube that I deburred and heated with my propane torch. Pressed the heated tube onto the plastic. I had to make sure that I didn't damage the underlying alclad, so I didn't do much twisting. Simply pushed the hot tube onto the plastic and let it melt it a bit. Took a bit of practice, but it went pretty faster after a while. You could then simply rub your thumb over the "donuts" and peel them off to expose the aluminum immediately around the hole. Kind of anal, but since these parts will probably be laying around a while, I wanted to make sure they were protected. Might help protect the skin when I rivet too.
