Brief Description:  Started Front Spar Assembly

Decided to move on to the front spar while I wait for the new elevator hinge bearing. Vans replied back and said that it I should just buck up (my words) and buy an new one. It is only $15 for a new bearing. I can't help it I'm a cheapskate. Match drilled all of the inboard holes in the HS-710 and HS-714 angles. Trimmed the excess material from the angles to form the tapered rounded ends. Also trimmed the excess flange material from the inboard portion of the forward spar halves. Managed to avoid screwing something up (as far as I know).
