Broke all the edges of the HS-609PP rear spar stiffeners. Chamfered the edges of said stiffeners so that they didn't interfere with the radius of the HS-603PP rear spars. Didn't trust myself to do that with a grinder, so I filed the chamfers (see image 1) and then used the deburring wheel to finish it. Looks like I got a pretty good fit (see image 2). Rounded the end of the stiffeners per the instructions. It's not shown, but I sanded the stiffeners to the "satin" finish recommended by the instruction too.
