Found loose connection on Manifold Pressure Sensor. Fixed ... MP no indicates properly
Adjusted Idle Mixture bar 5-clicks towards the lean side. Will run engine again and make any required adjustments.
I was advised that I did not run the engine fast enough nor long engough to get teh prop to cycle for the first time. Next engine run I will run at about 1900 rpm with prop control set to high pitch.
