Brief Description:  Preparing HS Parts for Assembly Part 5

Began final prep of the HS skins. Deburred inside holes. The began scuffing inside and outside as planned, just enough to not see the shine. This also took away any burrs not taken by the hole deburring. Ultimately with the scuffing, I don't want to completely remove the Alclad, just create enough dullness to provide a grip to the epoxy primer. Also worked on smothing the edges of the skins. This took a bit of trial and error. I used the edge debur tool, and was not happy with that. I then tried to run a scotchbrite wheel attached to my dremel. Not good with that either. I finally experimented with my Vixen file and all I can say is WOW...this is definitely the way to get perfect edges on the skins. I lightly ran it lengthwise down the edge and after 3-4 passes the CNC machine marks on the AL were completely gone. A follow up with the scotchbrite pads and it came out very smooth.
