Brief Description:  Preparing HS Parts for Assembly Part 2

As per the manual, deburred holes and edges and dimpled all the components of the HS structure. This is rather time consuming but imprtant as any burrs could cause stress risers later on down the road. While doing the edge deburring I also lightly scuffed the ribs with a marroon scotchbrite pad to ready for priming. This will ensure a better gripping surface for the primer to stick to. Also smoothed and rounded the edges of the relief notches. Finally, began the process of dimpling. Was able to utilize the DRDT2 for most of the flanges, but got awkaward in some of the lesding edge spots where the two flanges get closer together. For this I found that clamping the Main Squeeze in my bench vice and using this a dimpler worked great. Really like the Cleveland dimple dies as they are providing very sharp and consistent dimples.
