Cut the aileron push rods to length (torque tube to idler and idler to bellcrank). Cut clearance holes in each "solid" rib to allow push rod access between torque tube and idler. Two issues arose. Firstly, the nut-plate brackets on the lower longeron interfered with the pushrod so these were removed. Will replace with another bracket forward or aft of the removed position. The second issue is that the pushrods touch the 1/4" drag wire. To remedy this, I will cut, bend and re-weld each idler so they sit 5mm lower which will give the required clearance.
