Drilled the rivet holes for fixing the aileron hinge bearings to the aileron hinge bases using a #40 drill (for 3/32" AN470AD-3-10 rivets). Just placed the rivets in the holes to secure the bearing...I will rivet these when the hinge base is securely bolted to the rear spar (and when I have learnt how to rivet solid rivets!!)
