Used the Dremel Trio with a router bit to cut out each hinge bay. This makes the job quick and easy. The band saw was used to cut the leading edges and then sanded smooth. Always makes me nervous cutting into the leading edge ply with the Dremel...I shouldn't worry because each time it has worked extremely well!
