Brief Description: Built an I-Strut hole jig and drilled holes
Built a hole jig to accurately drill the vertical holes through the spars to accommodate the 1/4" I-Strut bolt. Used the laser to align the jig then used an extra long 1/4" drill. Proved to be very accurate and simple. (It was a job I was dreading!). These holes will be filled with Clear Coat to seal them from moisture then reamed to 1/4".
