Brief Description: Windcreen Bonding 2

Same process as canopy: 1) Roll over bar cleaned then scuffed with maroon scotchbrite and brushed clean 2) 1/8" spacers glued with superglue approx 3/8" x 1/4" 3) Taped in position 4) Canopy closed to check spacing good 5) Clamp in position then sika from aft side (unable to get gun in on forward side but plent of sik pumped into spacing) 6) Fitted a 0.032" tab at front (epoxy to windscreen and rivet to skin) 7) After cured for 48 hours > unclamped and cosmetic coat of sika after priming See Windshield Fairing
