The autopilot servo is installed in the right wing so there is no further reason to leave the bottom skins off.
I used RTV 732 to secure the wiring conduit to each rib to prevent fraying then gave the wing a clean inside.
Inboard wing skin - as per Vans instructions.
Outboard - worked down the rib from rear spar to main spar. Then rivetted accross rear spar until unable to get in between ribs then rivetted along main spar. Then I put my hand through the lightening holes and finished the line of rivets to the next rib . REPEAT.
Notes: * Wear some padding on your knuckles and protect your wrists. * You will get bruises if you do this solo and you will become very deft at rivetting with your other hand!
Apart from about 30 rivets with Robin the rest were all done solo and only 1 drill out - well pleased
