An idea from American RV8 builder Steve Dixon. This way when you remove the access plate you can get your hand in much easier.
Also note the NAS1473-A08 dome nutplates. These may be a bit of an overkill but as they seal the access plate screws it removes one source of a leak and makes for easier tank access in the future if required.
