i worked the battery box hole thing out by buying a hole saw that was rated for steel, worked like a champ. the thing still got real hot though. i drilled the side rails on, then i deburred it all and scuffed it all up and painted it again. it came out pretty bad, the paint that is, but it will be ok. then i roughed out the location for the master contactor i got from b&c. i also ordered the starter contactor from them, but i don't like the way its configured for mounting, so i ordered one from vans. i also ordered the battery.
