been a while since i logged anything, so i decided to just do a catch up log. i've been working the cowl a bit since the last log, but mostly i've been working. my squadron is getting ready to deploy, so as part of that we do work ups, which is kind of like going on deployment with out leaving. today i finish up a 2 week stent of 15 hour days, so i felt i needed to get back out to the hangar and work on the cowl. i already had it pretty close to rivet on the brackets and drill the grommet holes, so it didn't take me long to catch up and get that done. i got the lower firewall brackets riveted with the recepticals and put the lower cowl on to set the camlocks. i think it's going to look great. i'll try to get a pic with it on next time i get out there (tomorrow i hope).
