i went to my EAA chapter meeting today and talked to Bob Wooley to get his advise on hanging the engine. his advise was the complete opposite of most of the stuff i read on VAF, but i figured Bob knew his stuff. so when i got home my neighbor Rich came down and we hung the engine using Bob's technique. worked like a charm, we were done in 25 minutes!! it was easy and we didn't even cuss (much). i was very happy i followed Bob's advise. we started on the lower right mount, then the lower left. moved to the upper right then upper left. the only one that was hard at all was the last one, and we just pushed and lifted and wiggled until it went in. yeah!
