i finished riveting the pedals and hung them. i removed the side braces after marking the location of the 3" aft spot on each side. i then clamped the blocks on a piece of 2x4 and drilled the mount holes. i repeated this on the other side and then reinstalled it all. i then put the center brace in place and drilled it to the firewall. i then put the pedals into each position and drilled the center brace for each spot. lots of little steps to complete this. when i was done i removed the pedal and center brace and set them aside for now. the center brace makes it hard to get into the space without racking yourself. after i removed it, i also trimmed it down a bit and put in 3 lightning holes per the plans.
