well i haven't really taken 10 days off, but i've been real busy. i joined EAA chapter 1379 and went to my first meeting. after the meeting i got to go flying with the president of the chapter, Pat Lee in his RV7. we did a little form with 2 RV4's and had some fun just flying around. talk about motivating to keep building. on monday the 11th i sent my order in for the fuselage. yesterday i ordered my nav/strobe lights from Jeff Bordelon. i also got the rest of the control rods for both ailerons finished and painted. today i put the pitot tubing in place. i hope to start closing the left wing bottom skins in the next day or two. should be loads of fun.
