i took the leading edge off. this was a bit harder then i thought it would be. i finally got smart and left the inboard most rib and joiner plate in place and the rest of the leading edge just came right off. then i back drilled the outboard z bracket and clecoed it up. now the hard part, i took the tank skin and ribs off. you can see what i was left with. i then back drilled the rest of the z brackets. pretty simple really, just a lot of work. i'm happy that this method works so well though.
