i figured out the error to my thinking yesterday, everything i got is right. so today began the dreaded deburring marathon. i think i'll be taking my time on these, since there are so many. i'll deburr, then straighten the flanges then flute. i don't plan on taking any pictures since it is pretty boring stuff.
