today i got the aileron holes drilled out to size. i started by drilling several holes and then using the drill press with a unibit to make the holes bigger. i then used my rotozip hand tool with a rotary sanding disk to shape the holes to the same as the spar. this turned out to be a very fast way to get the job done. i did manage to go thru 2 of the little disks doing it, but what the heck.
