today i started the process of getting the skin fitted to the skeleton. after wrestling the skin on, i decide to build a quick frame to hold the HS up so i could get to both sides quickly. took some scrap wood and cut a frame to fit real loose and covered it with some carpet scraps. works great. clamped 404 and 405 into place and marked the holes.
