i was a little worried about bending the spar and the stiffeners, but this turned out to be pretty easy. after carefully laying out the bend lines and cutting the spar flanges and putting in the relief notch, i was able to bend the stiffeners to within .1 degrees of 6. i'm pretty happy that this was easier then i thought it would be.
