so i had the floor boards about done, but i wasn't really happy with how they were laying down. Dave Vanderbilt came over yesterday to have a look at the plane. Dave has a beautiful RV4 ( in fact i went for a ride in it last saturday). anyway, Dave says "why don't you just put a tab here and screw it to that". DOHH. so simple. so i cut some angle and about an hour later, perfection. thanks for the solution Dave.
