Now that the winscreen is clecoed, I can match the faces a little better. I applied tape to both edges to protect the surface of the plastic. I then marked and filed the high spots along the edges until there was an very little gap between them. This was a painstaking process and I was unable to get it perfect, but I did get the gap down to less than .030."
