The next step is to fit the windscreen to the fuselage. All edges needed to be trimmed to improve the fit. The front edge was marked so that a nice contour is formed between the windscreen and the top surface of the fuselage. The back edge had to be trimmed to be exactly match the shape of the forward edge of the canopy. Minor trimming was performed with an electric belt sander. Final trimming was done using files as before.
