Brief Description: Installed NACA ducts for ventilation
While waiting for fiberglass to arrive, I decided to install the NACA ducts in the fuselage. I cut .020" aluminum to make backup pieces for the plastic ducts. I fitted these and the ducts to the inside of the fuselage to match the pre cut holes. I match drilled the ducts and backup pieces to the fuselage holes. Image 2 shows me using a soldering iron to remove the plastic coating around the duct openings. Handsome guy don't you think.
