Assembled the control rod that couples the left and right sticks laterally. This required bushings to be made to fit. I measured the gap and divided it in two. I cut the bushings to rough size an inserted them into holes in a block of wood. I then squared the ends with a file. I measured the length of the bushing and continued to file to final dimension. This made nice square ends. The block could be used to adjust the length of the bushing.
