I've decided to spray the interior with Poly-fiber finish paint. Kay and I chose Glacire White from the Poly-fiber palette. I'm going to spray the interior in the spray booth. I used a masking paper that I bought at Home Depot and masked all the areas that I didn't want to paint. This includes all the ribs and the tunnels.
