Brief Description: Finished riveting, turned canoe over
Finished out some odds and ends riveting. Kay, Ray Moy and I then turned over the canoe and set it on the existing saw horses. I decided to build a special saw horse set the fuselage down closer to the floor so I could more easily work on it. After building this, I also built a holder for the aft fuselage that I could use to take out any twist between the front and the back. I set up my trusty digital inclinometer and made sure both from were 0.0 degrees. I used index cards to shim the forward saw horse and rear height adjuster. I used the cards to micro adjust the twist by determining how many cards it took to adjust the inclinometer from reading +0.1 to -0.1 degrees. I then halved this number to set the height. Did this for the back as well. I'm now read to drill the aft deck. Kay - 0.5 hours
