Brief Description:  Ran plastic conduit, worked on tank

Built a jig to squeeze the plastic conduit in order to run it through the rib holes. The jig is a block of wood that has a slot in it. A thin strip of wood is held in this slot. This strip compresses the center of the conduit in order to fold it over. As the conduit is pulled through the hole, the conduit is taped every 4 inches in order to maintain its shape. This is then fed through the holds in the ribs and the tape is removed. A 5/8" wooden dowel is pushed through the inside of the conduit to expand it back to full size. This technique leaves the ribbed conduit firmly held by the holes in the ribs without the need for any adhesives. The rib holes were cut to fit valleys in the ribs.
