Brief Description: Assembled ailerons to completion
Finished aileron construction. Bending the aileron skin after riveting to the spar worked out fine. Only problem with the whole thing was I neglected to see the line in 7-10.6 that points out that the bottom side of the aileron skins are attached to the spars with CS-4 rivets that need to be drilled out and dimpled with a #30 drill. I only drilled and dimpled with a #40 drill. Decide to simply drill the holes out with a #30 and use the blind rivets. as called for. This left the bottom rivets proud of the surface by about 20 thousandths. Not what I would want, but I believe it is acceptable.
