Bent flanges to make sure they were perpendicular to the rib. Used a fluting tool to straighten the rib. Sited down the edge on the rib held down to the surface plate. This made it easy to see they were straight. Finished up by deburring lightening holes with the deburr tool and scotchbrite pad.
