Built the leading edge jig using the basic Van's design. Added outdoor carpet to the inside edge to prevent scratching the skins. Shown here with the tank skin and a couple of ribs. Used my band saw to cut the contours. Dadoed the countours into the base 2x4 so there are no fasteners and no glue. The jig can be taken apart.
