With all the canopy parts painted, its time to do final assembly. I first assembled the sides by rivetting the side panels into the canopy frame. Then I prepared the plexiglas for installation on the frame. I've chosen to use the Sikaflex system to glue the plexiglas as well as rivet it. The Sikaflex compound also makes a nice looking fillet around the frame and other components. It also takes out all rattles and squeeks that might occur using only rivets. The assembly actually took a couple of days, but the total time was about 8 hours.
