Brief Description: GPSMAP-696 Testing

Confirmed the wiring for the GPSMAP-696. Powered up the unit with the Skyview units. Set up the serial ports and confirmed serial port activity. Given that the 696 could not acquire the constellation, I had to way to confirm the GPS functionality.
