Brief Description: Fabricated fin extensions for cylinder cooling
The Aerosport engine has tapered fins on the cylinder heads. In order to get the airflow around the cyliners properly sealed, I decided that I needed to make some semi-circular pieces that would extend the inner most fins to the size of the outermost fins. In this way, the baffle could properly seal around the cylinder. Each baffle has a different configuration. I needed to rivet these circular piecies to something. For each of the four baffles that cover the lower fins, I fabricated pieces and fabricated angle pieces to make the attachments. There are a lot of small pieces to this, but at least all the pieces are attached to the baffles.
