Brief Description: Install forward top fuselage skin.
Attach cargo baggage door support strips using keeper rivots. Prime and rivot. Fit and allign front top skin, drill and cleco. Assemble Instrument subpanel and install in fuselage with cleco's. Mate to top skin: drill and cleco. When finished, remove skin, deburr, dimple and prime. Countersink or die dimple bulkheads and iinstrument subpanel.
