Elevator and rudder tips were intalled much like the horizontal and vertical stab tips. Drilled and dimpled into place, then pop rivoted. Bondo was used to smooth the intersection. Once all the tips were installed and sanded smooth, they were painted with sanding primer and sanded acceptably smooth.
