Brief Description: Rudder horn

Prepare rudder horn and cleco onto R-1004 bottom ribs and R-1002spar. Drill and countersink holes as per plans. Assemble stiffeners and shear clips as per plans and cleco onto R-1002 spar. Deburr the edges of the rudder skins and cleco onto skeleton. Match drill all common holes as per plans. Dissassemble,deburr and dimple all holes and prep for priming.
