Brief Description: Assemble tailcone

Insert the F-1011 bulkhead and cleco the F-1079 bottom skin in place. Manufacture the F-1055 rudder stop stiffeners and the F-1056 rudder stop brace. Cleco the F-1006 bulkhead in place. Prepare and clecoe the F-1037A ellcrank ribs and final drill holes as per plans. Make F-1010B spacer and positionin place. Install longerons and match drill to side skins.
