Next part is pretty simple. Slip over the cushions. Make sure the cushion flap get routed through the correct crossing tube, top flap goes under top crossing tube, bottom cushion flap goes over bottom crossing tune. you then cut steel rods to fit through pre sewn sleeves. you cut little triangle opening as per direction, then bent the ends of the rod end to form a u so the won't back out. You then take tie raps and where you made all the little cuts you loop it around the rods and pull it tight. just leave a little slack at the bottom per direction( I had two replace one row too tight) the seats look great, very sturdy. I'm not thrilled with the fit in the plane, they get pinned into bushing, the gussets fit tightly, and the pins barely go through the holes. My cure was to clean up the powder coating, and re drill the gusset holes straight through, they were slightly off, holes were better aligned, and pins fit better, not perfect but acceptable
