Rivited the Spars to the Ribs in the Horizontal stabilizer & Cleco'd the skins on the Horz Stab and Zinc Chromated ribs before riviting to the spars. Note when putting the frame into the skins take caution as the frame can make indentation in the skin at the forward postion of the horz stab.
