I stripped off the Inlet manifold and took out the injectors. They were leaking fuel. I purchased new O-Rings and fitted it to the injectors. I re-assembled the inlet manifold and fitted it back onto the engine. I machined the fuel rails at the possition where the banjo bolts are fitted in order to stop a fuel leak there. I re-fitted the fuel rails and connecting fuel line at did a pressure test. Finally no leak.
