Brief Description:  Riveted the Right Aileron Bottom Skin to Spar

Riveted the Right Aileron Bottom Skin to Spar.

The Trailing Edge Extrusion was countersunk for the dimples of the Aileron Skins.

The Top Skin was clecoed onto the spar and the angles at each end was compared to determine if there was any twist in the aileron assembly. Unfortunately, ther was about a 1.5 - 2 degree difference. The laft aileron was very close when measured but this difference needs to be corrected. What needs to be done is to apply a torque to the aileron assembly to remove the twist. The problem is that I don't know how to do this withoutbeing sure I won't be causing any damage to the aileron. I'll do a Vansairforce search and Forum question submission and I'll call Van's Tech Support to see what they say. The twist needs to be corrected before I can rivet the "D" Cell of the aileron as this will set any twist that is in the aileron.
